Office Manager

Job Summary

This position will serve the mission of Grace Church by overseeing its administrative needs in the areas of communications, finance, scheduling, and special events while supporting the pastor, staff, and volunteer leaders in ministry.  This role requires a high-level understanding of the strategy and growth needs of Grace Church and taking the initiative to build new teams and organizational systems as necessary. The job requires administrative skills, an ability to manage details and projects, and a high degree of relational skills. It requires someone organizationally gifted and entrepreneurial in spirit. Ideally, this person would be an active member in the church to facilitate relationships across the staff and congregation.
